You're welcome to use this website to browse our properties and guest packages, find out about our owner management service, and make enquiries. You agree not to:

This website lets you browse our properties and make an enquiry or booking request, either directly with us or via a third-party platform such as Booking.com, Airbnb or Expedia. A booking is only confirmed once we (or the relevant platform) confirm it in writing. Confirmed bookings are governed by our service terms and, where you book through a third-party platform, that platform's own terms and cancellation policy also apply.

We try to keep property listings, photos, descriptions and pricing accurate and up to date, but they're provided for guidance and can change without notice. Availability and exact pricing are confirmed when you enquire or book.

The content of this website, including text, photography, logos and design, belongs to Ardena Property or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, but you may not otherwise copy, reproduce or redistribute it without our written permission.

6. Third-party links

Our website links to third-party platforms, including Booking.com, Airbnb and Expedia. We aren't responsible for the content, accuracy or terms of any third-party website, and linking to them doesn't mean we endorse them.
